Please be advised that all prices are based on short to medium hair length and fine to medium density. For hair that is long or very thick we recommend to do a complimentary consultation prior to booking. While we do have a cancellation policy within 24 hour notice, we will endeavor not to impose this wherever possible however we retain the right to charge if necessary.
Once appointments are confirmed, we will send an official call and/or message to you. Should you anticipate that there will be any delay on your end, kindly advise us beforehand.
At W52 we always try to make sure we give you, the clients, what you ask for and expect, however sometimes this does not happen, we understand this. Please contact us immediately if you do have concerns and we will schedule an appointment within 2 weeks for you to return and help resolve the problem.
